The chamber is filled with warm air which gently settles throughout the interior for undisturbed drying, curing, aging, burn-in and other applications. 

Memmert universal ovens feature the ControlCOCKPIT:  An adaptive multifunctional digital PID-microprocessor controller with high-definition TFT-color display and these adjustable parameters: Temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit), air flap position, program time, time zones, daylight savings time.

Memmert universal ovens can be calibrated using three freely selectable temperature values. 

Memmert universal ovens are equipped with a SetpointWAIT function; essentially pausing the start of the drying process until the set temperature is reached.

Programs can be set to run forward or backward using a countdown timer with an adjustable target time setting from 1 minute to 99 days.

Pre-heated fresh air admixture can be added to the chamber using adjustable air flaps that are set in 10 % steps.

Heating elements are positioned on four sides of the chamber creating a warm blanket of soft heated air.

Fresh air is pulled into the oven from the bottom and exhaled through a port in the rear of the oven.
