A standard floor standing (height: 38.6 in.) high-capacity refrigerated centrifuge that can be fitted with both swing-out and fixed-angle rotors which includes a convenient lower drawer for the storage of frequently used rotors and accessories.  

With a capacity of 4L and square buckets that are designed to hold multiple plates and even blood-bags, the Hermle Z496-K centrifuge is a laboratory workhorse. 

Equipped with wheels for easy maneuvering and re-positioning around the laboratory.

The microprocessor command center automatically detects the rotor and adjusts the maximum speed to protect the user from over-spinning and damaging the centrifuge.
