They offer the highest binding capacity for molecules with mixed hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions. An excellent choice for the majority of standard ELISAs, and also suitable for solid phase immunoassays.

Flat well bottom plates are designed for precise optical measurements and are well suited for colorimetric determinations as well as microscopy applications. Additionally,  flat bottom plates are used for specific applications such as cell culture.
