Molecular Biology Grade Proteinase K 100 mL 25 mg/mL

A serine protease that displays the ability to digest native proteins, thereby inactivating enzymes such as DNase and RNase without recourse to a denaturation process.

Biomiga Proteinase K retains its activity in presence of SDS, urea and guanidine salts. It can be inactivated by phenyl methane sulfonyl fluoride (PMSF).

Recombinant Proteinase K dissolved in buffer at final concentration of 25 mg/mL.
