Hoefer Tri-coded cryogenic vials are designed to protect valuable samples when storage and retrieval accuracy is paramount

Made from super toughened materials that are safe to operate in temperature ranges from -196°C to 120°C, these tubes are scratch resistant and feature a unique thread that prevents overtightening. 

Tri-coded tubes have a unique barcode symbol on the base of the tube, a matching linear barcode along the side of the tube and a human readable numerical barcode as well. 

Hoefer barcoded tubes come standard with bright, Hoefer red caps, with four color options available to choose from

Hoefer 0.5mL barcoded tubes are packed in SBS formatted racks that are compatible with most liquid handlers and decappers. 

Hoefer 0.5mL barcoded tubes are sold in cases of 10 racks of 96 tubes for a total of 960 tubes per case.
